We are delighted to offer you our NEW integrated 20 day Master Practitioner programme, bringing together much of our learning of the last 10 years! With Guest Trainer, David Gordon, we have distilled our considerable knowledge of NLP, Modelling, Therapy and Coaching into this challenging and rich advanced NLP programme. Don't limit yourself to being a mere NLP technician. Instead, set yourself up for a life of NLP. Here you gain a real understanding of the core principles of NLP as applied in everyday situations, and a practical appreciation of the effectiveness of NLP either in daily relationships and communication, or in specialised areas of coaching or therapy. This programme signposts the threshold towards adoption of NLP as a professional at MA(Masters) level.
This introductory weekend helps you settle in, connect with your learning to date, and sets the frame for the future weekends. It is not all theory though - there's plenty to practice as well. STRUCTURE OF EXPERIENCE - with David Gordon David shares his deceptively simple and comprehensive model - The Experiential Array and Belief Template - which extracts the structure behind any identified behaviour. From this starting point, you can create specific models to target key elements of the behaviour for future acquisition. After David's workshop, you put in groundwork for your Modelling Project: Creating Models, Model Acquisition.
MODELLING WITH METAPHOR - with Derek Jackson Derek introduces you to the powerful effects of metaphor as a way of accessing our inner processing, developed by James Lawley and Penny Tompkins. Using the tools of Clean Language, you will discover how to use this approach for creating models and changework. This weekend takes your further into the fascinating world of inner experience. You will learn: Working with Systems, Clean Language, Symbolic Modelling, Meta Programmes and Advanced Submodalities.
This is a practical weekend for changework lovers! You have the opportunity to experience and test out your filters for structure as you sample a range of approaches and methodolgies. In this highly varied weekend, you learn: Intervention Selection, Matching Problem and Solution, Tasking and Coaching, Punctuation Modelling, Letting Go of Unwanted Beliefs and Emotions, Rossi's Hands and some of Steve Gilligan's unique trancework
PERSONALITY ALIGNMENT - with Fran Burgess Fran's unique process builds on Virginia Satir's work with Parts. You will discover how to reveal the cast of Parts currently operating, how to use interventions to create internal balance and harmony, and an integration process which coheres and strengthens identity. A great platform for your NLP skills The final weekend gives you the opportunity to 'strut your stuff' and dance with your learning. Working with the vehicle of Personality Alignment you will be able to demonstrate your skills of Mastery. And then you have the platform to yourself as you present your modelling project and acquisition method. A great celebration!
