NLP Master Practitioner Assessment Every school provides a different type of Master Practitioner programme, placing the emphasis on different areas, which means that there is no set criteria for certification. The Northern School of NLP offers the following criteria for Master Practitioner Assessment. These are based on the effective application of the skills and knowledge contained within NLP Practitioner training to achieve set goals. Mastery relies upon the elegant, efficient and effective use of these skills both when working with an explorer as part of an intervention, or with an exemplar who is providing information about the nature of their effectiveness. You will be given more detailed information about what these skills mean in practice. You will also be given criteria for the evaluation of your modelling project. Each module will also generate it's own set of tasks, which taken together will form your Modelling activities, the results of which you will present on the final weekend. At the end of this programme, you will be able to:
During the final weekend you will be given every opportunity to put your learning into practice, in a variety of ways including working on old and new techniques, selecting appropriate interventions, using language pattern flash cards and completing a multiple choice questionnaire. At the end of the programme, everyone will know the outcome of his or her Assessment. This could take one of three formats: FULL CERTIFICATION: You will be given your NLP Master Practitioner’s Certificate. PROVISIONAL CERTIFICATION: You will be given a Certificate of Attendance, with a full Certificate pending the completion of certain tasks. CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE: You will be given a Certificate of Attendance, with recommendation of areas of further training and/or development. note: It is unwise to assume a successful outcome for example for business purposes, until you know the result for certain.
