Executive Coaching
In business, we give most of our attention to our customers and to our products and services. Rarely does allocating time to ourselves seem part of the job. Yet it is essential that we look after our own welfare, if we are to have any hope of sustaining a quality service to others.
|
Who is Executive Coaching for?
|
You, if you:
- feel you are stuck.
- have a sense that you are not living or working to your full potential.
- know there is more ahead for you and your talents.
- want to gain inspiration to change your response to what’s happening around you.
- have run out of ideas about what to do next to improve your current position.
- are anxious about what‘s to come.
- feel you are on auto-pilot.
- are curious to explore what next steps you could take that fit in with your ideas for the future.
|
What is Executive Coaching?
|
- It is a 1:1 relationship with a Specialist Coach, who is there to help you explore your current situation, safely and with integrity.
- You have complete choice over what you want to explore. For example, you may be seeking alternative solutions to situations you are currently facing, or wanting practical strategies to achieve set goals.
- With this support, you are able to resolve current conflict and determine actions which fit in and are supported by your immediate and wider context.
- You are offered a 3hour or 1 day session, off site, where you can explore your world privately and confidentially. And you can do this without having to go into details, or even disclose out loud.
How satisfied are you with yourself and your performance in the following areas? You may find yourself taking the thoughts of others into consideration before you answer.
What is emerging?
Give yourself 1 point for each High tick and 0 points for each Low tick.
8 –10 : What you’re doing seems to be working well.
6 – 8 : Notice what is causing your decrease in satisfaction and consider exploring alternative responses – to prevent further falls.
3 – 5 : You deserve to give yourself so much more - don’t you? Arrange the time now to make sure you discover what you can do differently, to make an immediate improvement for yourself – and for others around you.
