Pathways Programme

A 3 day programme Monday 25 - Wednesday 27 September 2006 With Malcolm Bray £375 inc VAT, or £200 inc VAT for those students registered for the NLP Psychotherapy Diploma.

This 3 day workshop addresses the practicalities of setting up and maintaining a Clinical Practice. It is an essential component to the School’s NLP Master Practitioner (Therapist) Certificate and enables acceptance onto the NLPtCA Register of Therapists.

The content of this workshop is also a pre-requisite for any therapist wanting to be considered for the 2 yr NLP Psychotherapy Diploma.

Outcomes

By the end of this workshop you will:

• Have a practical understanding of the contracting process
• Know how to set, monitor and maintain appropriate boundaries
• Have an awareness of the client/therapist relationship mindful of legal requirements
• Confidently manage Case Histories and Case Notes
• Know the requirements of NLPtCA to include Supervision

What to bring with you

You are asked to bring with you:

• any existing marketing materials
• Case Notes from SIX different clients. All traces of identity need to have been removed.

These materials will be used as stimulus materials for group and supervisory exercises.

Who is Malcolm Bray?

Malcolm has worked in the substance misuse field for some 27 years and obtained a qualification in social work in 1983 from West London Institute of Higher Education.

He has been a practice tutor for many social work students during placements with agencies he’s worked for and it is through this route that his interest in supervision developed.

In terms of NLP psychotherapy he holds practitioner and master practitioner certificates since 1994 and he is an INLPTA accredited trainer of NLP. He has been recognised as an accredited NLP psychotherapist through the NLPtCA and UKCP for the last 8 years.
