You And Change
If you are involved in enabling change, (and I wonder who in NLP isn’t) then this might be an interesting and revealing stock take of your own responses to change. Do you practice what you preach or are you merely a conveyor of information? Much will depend on your natural meta programmes which operate in the your different contexts. I invite you to seek out the framework devised by Shelle Rose Charvet, so that you can gain a clearer idea of your own internal structure which drives your response to change. Current Changes List up to 5 significant and 5 insignificant changes you have made/been involved in, in the past 12 months.
Successful Risks List at least three successful ‘risks’ you have taken in the past 12 months. For each, identify:

Look back over the past 25 years and take work, home and play contexts. Plot against time, your change cycles. The cycle will take the form of: Happy self modelling!
