Places to Stay
From the many places to stay in the East Lancashire area, we have made the following selection of hotels, guest houses and bed and breakfast places where you can stay when you are on your NLP training course. They have been chosen for their relative closeness to Whalley, their location, and for most of them, on personal recommendation. To help us further, any feedback would be really useful. As some people relish the idea of having a bit of space between the Training Centre and where they choose to stay, a 20 minute journey into the surrounding countryside is seen as an additional treat. Others may prefer to be near to the pubs and restaurants. So you'll notice that the geographical areas are highlighted with the nature of the location and the distance by car from Whalley marked. We have arranged the list in terms of distance from us. For the adventurous and those with caravan or motorhome a list of local camp sites is at the bottom of this page.

Whalley Abbey Conference House lies besides the ruins of the 14th century Cistercian Abbey set on the banks of the River Calder in Whalley. The adjacent medieval church has 3 Celtic Scandinavian crosses in its churchyard dating back to the 9th and 11th centuries.
