Fran Burgess

Fran has been a trainer for over 20 years, training trainers, and latterly working as a consultant in business and industry, before committing full time to the Northern School of NLP.

She has concentrated on the use of NLP in the learning process, strongly believing that the beliefs we hold about ourselves as Learners is key to improving our performance.

Fran offers 1:1 Personal Exploration sessions and is building a growing reputation for the effectiveness of her work, spread through word of mouth. She is currently developing her approach to Personality Alignment – a parts integration process, is a founder member of the Professional Guild of NLP

Derek Jackson

Derek has spent most of his working life as a training consultant fascinated with systems – systems within organisations, teams and within individuals.  In a past life, he was a clockmaker!  When he heard that NLP was the study of the structure of experience, he was hooked.

Derek applies his skills predominately in the area of organisational and management development.

Those who know him, warm to his quirky slant on life, his caring and sensitive approach, and his commitment to bringing out the best in every individual.

His involvement in NLP and modelling has greatly expanded this understanding and his ability to describe the dynamics involved.  As a result he has been able to combine his NLP learning with the accrued wisdom of our contemporary systems thinkers of today.
